Coaching Agreement

Description of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process that supports personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and does not diagnose, prevent, or cure any condition.
Client Responsibility
The Client is fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results. The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes of the coaching process.
Ethical Standards
The Coach adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Confidentiality
Session content is confidential within ICF ethical standards except where disclosure is required by law, where there is risk of harm, or in cases of illegal activity. The Coach may share topics anonymously for supervision or credentialing purposes.
Scope of Coaching
Coaching may touch on areas such as work, relationships, wellbeing, finances, and identity. Integrating insights into these areas is the Client’s responsibility.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If the Client is under mental health care, informing their practitioner is recommended.
Services & Fees
Sessions occur at mutually agreed times. Program length, frequency, and fees are discussed at time of purchase. Additional time outside of scheduled sessions may be billed separately.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. The Client agrees to pay for all coaching services delivered up to the termination date.
Liability
The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges understanding the nature and scope of coaching and agrees to work within these guidelines.
