CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

To respect everyone’s time and maintain the integrity of scheduling, the following policies apply to all coaching sessions booked through The U Method Coaching Inc.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the original ending time and the full session fee applies.

Refunds

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once delivered.
Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded at the discretion of the Coach, unless otherwise outlined in a customized agreement.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session may be charged in full.

Coach Cancellations

If the Coach needs to reschedule, clients will be notified promptly, and an alternative time will be arranged without penalty.
